Protect Your Life, Hire an Insurance Agent

If you’ve ever been in a car accident that was more than just a little fender bender, or if your house or residence has ever been burglarized, you know better than most people how important insurance agents are. If your place gets burglarized, you almost never recover what was stolen. The costs to replace the things that were taken can be more than you can afford all at once, but you may need your things now. If you are in a bad car accident that totals your car or seriously damages it, you may not be able to get back on the road if you cannot fix your ride. These are but a few examples of why insurance is so vital to your life. Without it, you may never recover from an unfortunate situation that you had no control over.

But, don’t hastily purchase the first policy you see out of fear. Research the local insurance agents in your area and meet with them to discuss your specific policy needs. There may be things you never considered insuring, because you didn’t know that you could. This is why meeting with a professional is the best step you can take for protecting your future. In addition to meeting with a professional sales policy person, you should also appraise the valuables that you think you want covered under your policy.

If you can give your agent an accurate estimate of what your things are worth, you can better formulate your policy. This can also save you some stress later on if something happens and your policy must go into effect. In this event, having already calculated the cost of your valuables will give you specific up-front appraisals. Getting accurate value estimates after something has been stolen or damaged, hardly ever works out in your favor.

If you are an elite athlete, you should also consider taking out a policy on your health or future playing capabilities. Let’s say you are a star collegiate running back with a great chance to play professional ball, but in your final amateur season you sustain an injury. Even if the injury isn’t career-ending, it may hurt your stock moving forward and you could lose significant amounts of money in potential contracts. In these cases, having a policy on your body is a great investment.

Insurance agents will be there to help you understand everything that you can and cannot insure, but these days you can pretty much get a policy on anything an insurance company or private agent is willing to take a risk on. Seriously, go and consult a professional before you wish you had.

The Info-communications Development Authority of Singapore

The IDA is the umbrella organization responsible for overseeing the provision and improvement of telecommunications for Singapore.

An offshoot of the network known as Next Gen NII provides wired and wireless networks for seamless connectivity for users.

The ultimate motive for developing the Data Central Park coincides with the IDA’s objective of turning Singapore into a major economic hub by attracting both government and private enterprises to establish their headquarters and high quality businesses in the park area.

A Woman In A Man’s World

A sense of panic overwhelms me as I look around; three men are smoking by the van, a few more are lugging around heavy equipment and a crowd are gathered around the cameras, pointing here and there with their big hairy fingers. The grunts, the banter and the smell of smoke help me realize one thing: I am the only woman on this set.

This not-so-shocking discovery, although very familiar, manages to unsettle my nerves. It isn’t the elusive smiles and direful gazes as I make my way to the encircled crowd that contort my features into a hollow pout. It isn’t the apprehension of waiting for one of them to ask if I was lost, to comment on my abrasiveness or to doubt my strength. It is the absence of my gender that fills me with a sense of sadness, emptiness and, above all, shame.

As a filmmaker, I am deeply immersed in a world dominated by men and continue to find myself to be the only woman at almost every job I take on. And although I have been doing this for a few years, I have yet to adapt to this misogynistic world. How can I still be the only female cinematographer, nevertheless the only female working on a film set?

The film industry has been driven by men since its’ birth and books depicting the history of Hollywood are filled with Stevens, Richards and Mikes. Sadly, this phenomenon has spread over the oceans and continents and has entitled men with higher positions and bigger salaries in every production house in every corner of the world. And it has been no exception for me.

In 2010, I dove ten feet deep into Hollywood but because I was too young, too excited and too ignorant I failed to notice the pungent stink of sexism and the imbalance that tipped and shattered the scales of gender equality. It wasn’t until I left that internship and moved on to a more solid career that I looked back and realized the reality of the industry. Now, more than half a decade later, I find myself in similar situations over and over again but I refuse to give up.

I have wanted to make movies since I was eight years old and now that I have finally made that dream come true I can’t imagine my life any other way. Being on set provides me with purpose and sustenance. It lies in the rush of getting the perfect shot and the pleasure in seeing my hard work come to life. The hours are long but they never seem long enough; the creativity the flows through my blood fills me with adrenaline and leaves me yearning for more as we turn the lights off and pack up our cameras. My feet ache and my shirt is drenched with sweat, but I wouldn’t trade my job for anything else. And as usual, people are immediately taken aback by me the moment I arrive on set; Are you here by accident? Shouldn’t you be planning and scheduling instead? How will you carry around that heavy camera? Every question baffles me and I am left with no choice but to think; Am I not allowed to be creative because I am a woman? Am I unable to carry my equipment because I am a woman? Am I not good enough because I am a woman? However, actions speak louder than words and a few days into work everyone begins to respect and appreciate my vision, my input and my strength. I am not of any less value than my male peers, so why should I be discriminated against in the first place?

Is it the way my breasts make my shirt a little tighter, or my narrow shoulders that make me a bigger liability on set? Or is it that my perspective is more insightful and my willpower greater than the rest?

I am a woman and I am not sorry for my high pitched voice, my skinny jeans or ponytail. I am a woman and I am not sorry for not living up to your assumptions of weakness and deficiency. I am a woman and that does not give you the right to look down on me.

Am I the only unapologetic exception of my gender? No. Hundreds of women are speaking up about discrimination at work, including major Hollywood stars Meryl Streep and Jennifer Lawrence. Is it too late? No. We still have the opportunity to change the false foundations the opposite sex has laid out for us and we can start with our voices. And that is exactly what I did and continue to do on set; my words reflect my determination and skills and my tone is that of confidence and courage.

I am hoping that you do the same.

Taking 100% Responsibility

A couple of years ago I read Jack Canfield’s “Success Principles” book and the first principle he mentioned was taking responsibility. Now at the time I was just busy working through an abusive relationship where a lot of people may have told me “It’s not your fault”, “you did nothing wrong” and yes there were lots of things I was not responsible for – I was the one being abused not the abuser; but one thing I realized through reading this book is that unless we take responsibility for our lives and our actions, no matter what the circumstances then we will always be the victim and never get where we want to go in life.

Taking Responsibility No Matter What

Now, you may have been through a similar relationship to me, you might even be in it right now and you say “it wasn’t my fault he hit me”, “it wasn’t my fault he tried to kill me”, and no these things weren’t your fault but you do need to take responsibility for getting into the relationship in the first place, for choosing to stay with them despite the abuse, and you need to take responsibility for getting out of the situation and getting healed. I know, I’ve been there and today I really am out of it and a happy and healthy person who feels like those things almost happened to somebody else because I chose to take responsibility no matter what and turn my life around. No matter what you are going through you have to take responsibility for your decisions and your actions or inaction or you will forever be the victim.

Taking Responsibility for Your Success

Perhaps you have led a fairly ‘normal’ life – no abuse, no dramatic negative events but are you still taking responsibility for your success? Beyond taking responsibility for turning around negative circumstances and getting healing we all need to take responsibility for our own success. Our success is based on our actions, inactions, and even our thoughts. We can’t blame anyone else if things don’t turn out the way we planned. We need to take responsibility for our part in our success. Even when things do go wrong beyond our ability to control we still have the responsibility of choosing how we will react to those events and how we react will often ultimately lead to our success or failure. No matter how many times things go wrong beyond our control we still have the choice to get back up and carry on and refuse to quit.

No matter what point you are at in your life unless you take full responsibility for where you are and where you are going then you will not get there. Today I choose to let go of negative things that happened in my past and I choose to make my life what I want it to be. It is my responsibility just like your life is your responsibility, nobody can do it for you. No matter what you have been through life can still be exactly what you want it to be if you are prepared to take responsibility and make the choices that will get you there.

Indian Dreams of Digital India Is Now Possible

A popular and successful campaign launched by the government of India, Digital India, is established to ascertain that the government services in India are made available to the Indian citizens electronically by ameliorating online substructure and by bettering internet connectivity in all parts of India.

These initiatives, in amalgam with several others, like Aadhaar India and Jan Dhan Yojana, are turning out to be in favor of the NDA government. With each passing day, more and more initiatives are being taken up by Narendra Modi, moving a step forward in the direction of Make in India and Digital India initiative.

Digital India aims at making India ‘digitally empowered in the field of technology.’ Launched by the current prime minister on 2nd July, 2015, the first step in this program includes plans to connect countrified areas with high-speed internet networks. The 3 core components of this initiative are: instauration of digital infrastructure, deporting services digitally and digital literacy. Digital technologies include cloud computing and mobile applications, which have risen as accelerators for speedy economic growth and citizen empowerment across the world. Digital technologies are utilized in our everyday lives to share information on issuances and fears encountered by us. The objective of this Digital India initiative is to emerge with creative ideas and practically feasible solutions to transform India and create opportunities for all Indians to access digital services, knowledge and information.

Long dependent on foreign military hardware for its combat capabilities, the 1.18 million strong Indian army is indigenizing in tune with Narendra Modi’s “Make in India” initiative. The modernization process of the Indian Armed Forces has been clearly put forward in the LTIPP (Long Term Integrated Perspective Plan), covering the period till 2027. Two more plans, the five-year Service-wise capability Acquisition plan and two year roll-on Annual Acquisition Plan, are also included in the planning process. The army is in urgent need of inducing technologies related to modern warfare which has a high speed and is fast tracked. Lagging far behind the much smaller navy and IAF in the drive for modernization, has put 26 procurement schemes for fast tracking. Modernization of the defense forces is a continuing process based on threat perception, operational challenges, and technological changes to keep it in a state of readiness to meet the entire spectrum of security challenges.

The time is not far enough, when all these initiatives would turn into a reality.

Massage in Bucharest

Recognize it! You’re busy! And so must be! That’s what life is like! But you want more than that, you want to do more for yourself and massage can help. Because massage makes more than a simple relaxation of the mind and body. It keeps your body in shape and gives you enough energy to make you enjoy a longer life better than you do it today.

Massage releases stress. At the moment, stress is a universal evil. Every time you are late, every time you avoid a car in traffic, every time you have trouble working, stress is doing his job. Each time adrenaline increases heart rate and cortisone levels and organs respond to the measure. You will be in a state of nerves and constant agitation.
When there is no release of stress, serious problems such as an upset stomach, hypertension, sleep disturbances, chest pain, or existing illness may worsen.

Some of the changes that may occur are: Anxiety, lack of concentration, depression, permanent fatigue, muscle or bone pain, sexual dysfunction, excessive sleep or insomnia

All these stress-related problems can be diminished and some can be totally eliminated by massage. The researchers concluded that a massage session can lower heart rate and blood pressure, relax your muscles and increase endorphin production. The massage also releases serotonin and dopamine and the result is a general relaxation, both physical and mental.
Our body care must be at the top of the priorities.
By adding the massage to your routine you will look much better and you will be much healthier and relaxed. Massage can improve your vitality and mood. Massage can prepare for a long and beautiful life.

Our masseuses personalize each massage session according to the needs of the individual.
Our massage parlors offer a variety of relaxation styles and techniques to help you. Apart from relaxing, massage can be a powerful ally in reducing pain, increasing energy levels, improving mental and physical performance

We recommend : HotAngels , VipZone , JadePalace , ThaiPassion

After a massage session, you will see how the mental prospects are enriched, the body allows easier handling, better pressure resistance, relaxation and mental alertness, calm and creative thinking.
When you have the impression or force yourself to stay straight, your body is not actually aligned properly. Not only does the posture look bad, but it forces some of the muscles to go muddy all day, while others become weaker. After a long time, the incorrect position may cause other drops. For example, internal organs press on what affects digestion, breathing ability is also diminished, which means that much less blood and oxygen reaches the brain and hence all sorts of other complications.

Massage allows you to return your body to the track. Allowing the body to make healthy and accurate movements is one of the greatest benefits of massage. Massage can relax and restore muscles injured by bad posture, allowing the body to position itself in a natural, painless position.
Apart from posture, there is also anxiety. One of the signs of anxiety and stress can also be heavy breathing. When the body begins to breathe too little and deeply instead of breathing at a natural rithm, it is impossible for one to relax. One reason may also be that the chest muscles and the abdomen get tightened and the air gets harder.

Massage plays an important role in learning the body how to relax and how to improve breathing. Respiratory problems such as allergies, sinuses, asthma or bronchitis are a group of conditions that can benefit from massage. In fact, massage can have a positive impact on respiratory function.

Many of the muscles in the front and back of the upper part of the body are breathing accessory. When these muscles are tight and shorten they can block normal breathing and interrupt effective breathing natural rithm. Massage techniques for stretching and relaxing these muscles improves breathing function and breathability. Massage leads to an opening of the chest as well as structural alignment and nerve dilatation that are required for optimal pulmonary function. A good way to treat respiratory problems with massage is the taping made in Swedish massage. When done on the back, along with vibrations, it can detach the mucus from the lungs and can clean the airways for better later function.

Massage not only relaxes muscles, but helps people become aware of daily stress levels. Once the body recognizes what really means relaxation, the mind can rest easily relax before the stress becomes cornice and harmful. This will help you enjoy a balanced life. Massage controls breathing, allows the mind to re-create relaxation before the occurrence of chronic and harmful stress and increases the level of energy.
